Designed and facilitated numerous Town Hall meetings for policy development for a real estate and relocation company, resulting in unified company-wide policy and process management adoption.

Conducted assessments for a major publishing firm, to help them analyze process management measures and select high-impact improvement projects.

Before becoming President of PSC Consulting & Training, Pamela held a variety of management positions, an experience that is reflected today in her practical approach to business improvement. Pamela has a M.S. in Human Resource Education and Organizational Development from Fordham University, and a B.A. in History and Geography from Boston University. She is an adjunct professor of Marymount College’s faculty, teaching Organizational Behavior.
