  • Designed and facilitated numerous Town Hall meetings for policy development for a real estate and relocation company, resulting in unified company-wide policy and process management adoption.
  • Provided Leadership Coaching to numerous executives and managers to help improve their managerial effectiveness and strategic positioning.
  • Facilitated Management Workshops on strategic planning, change management, facilitation, leadership, organization structure, team building, problem solving, motivation, and interpersonal style.

  • Conducted assessments for a major publishing firm, to help them analyze process management measures and select high-impact improvement projects.
  • Conducted an audit to define effectiveness of a marketing initiative, resulting in redirecting management focus and ultimately better than expected ROI.
  • Created a strategic plan for a national grocery store chain to identify and analyze process performance against customer requirements. The plan led to a new scorecard measures.
  • Optimize Process

  • Designed and implemented the reengineering of a group health insurance enrollment process which led to a 20% improvement in enrollment speed and accuracy.
  • Designed, developed, and implemented Strategic Change and Continuous Improvement Programs for several international Fortune 500 companies, including Six Sigma. The programs resulted in 46% reduced turnover, 50 % increased productivity, and 33% reduced waste.
  • Conducted a series of process mapping and analysis sessions for a major publishing company which resulted in identifying COPQ, and led to improvements that reduced expenses by $2.5 million.
  • Influence Culture

  • Delivered change acceleration process workshops to over ten Fortune 500 financial, franchise, and insurance corporations.
  • Developed a change management plan for a strategic initiative for a major technology company that led to accelerated adoption of a new architecture platform.
  • Managed strategic change for a national insurance company which made three acquisitions within a five-year period As a result, the client achieved 98.7% retention of its portfolio by improving service delivery.
  • Before becoming President of PSC Consulting & Training, Pamela held a variety of management positions, an experience that is reflected today in her practical approach to business improvement. Pamela has a M.S. in Human Resource Education and Organizational Development from Fordham University, and a B.A. in History and Geography from Boston University. She is an adjunct professor of Marymount College’s faculty, teaching Organizational Behavior.
