Where's My Space?^SM Simulation

Where’s My Space?^SM is a live, hands-on full-day simulation that teaches the basic framework of Six Sigma and Lean Solutions to participants. This hands-on, fast-paced simulation is geared to fully engage participants. Designed for business leaders who want to deliver the best service to customers, this workshop will teach participants how to achieve breakthrough and facilitate process-centric thinking.

How it Works

The simulation is based on a fictional company’s process of acquiring a lease for physical space. Conducted in two to four rounds, the simulation requires a minimum of 20 participants. DMAIC concepts are introduced during each round.

What You Will Learn

By the end of the day, participants will:

• learn the basic language of Lean and Six Sigma
• achieve a basic understanding of DMAIC methodology
• understand how to provide value that is meaningful to customers
• discover how ambiguous, unclear, undefined processes deter breakthroughs
